1. Function
"YE-3000C digital display compression testing machine CTM, pressure testing machine" is used for testing the compression strength detection for concrete, stone and other building materials.
2. Application
"YE-3000C digital display compression testing machine CTM, pressure testing machine" mainly used in the project construction such as the railroad, road, bridge, port, high-rise etc. It is applicable for the tensile strength resistant test to the concrete, construction parts, building materials etc. It can also be used for the strength test to the metal other non-metallic material, construction parts.
3. Control type
Manual valve can control the speed arbitrarily through the manual switch.
4. Security protection
Test force safeguard; The piston max movable span safeguard; Over-temperature protect, and so on.
5. Ergometer
The tester adopts JL-02 force value indicator as the ergometer. The ergometer consist of sensor, amplify board, A/D transmission board and min printer
6. Data saving
This apparatus has the capacity of data memory. It store test data in a memory chip. After switching off, the data will be stored and it can adjust to take the original storage data after switching on, then searching or printing. If you use software it also can be linked with PC, store data in PC or deliver to the superintendence center, realize data net share and superintendence center centralized management. The maximum storage inside this apparatus is 151 units, (NO. 000~NO. 150), each test unit includes 3 or 6 test data and intensity mean. When you store the test data of NO. 150, the first test data (000# data) will be extruded.
